Susanne is Senior Director, ESG at Denmark’s largest pension fund, ATP. She holds a master’s degree in Finance & Accounting and has worked within the field of responsible investments for the past 15 years. Susanne has worked on both the asset owner and asset manager side, which has given a broad perspective on the integration of ESG issues in different investment processes. Currently, the focus is on ESG practices within illiquid investments, where she has built the framework for ESG integration at ATP.
