Her principle responsibilities are macroeconomic and central bank policy analysis, FX and interest rate forecasting. Eimear was previously ranked by Bloomberg as the fifth most accurate forecaster for FX and polled first for month ahead and quarterly FX forecasting accuracy by FX Week. Eimear brings over a decade’s worth of FX and Rates markets experience to the role, having previously worked at Barclays and Standard Chartered Bank both in London and Singapore. She is a regular financial markets commentator, appearing live on Bloomberg TV, CNBC and BBC News World. She holds a Masters of Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Python programming qualification from Harvard.
