Now in its second edition, FundFocus | Europe will once more bring together institutional asset owners from across the region for high-level, peer-to-peer networking, discussion and thought-leadership facilitated through carefully formulated panel discussions, presentations and interviews.
Hosted by Connect Group, the event provides institutional asset owners, a platform to meet with their peers, exchange ideas and insights about the investment environment and share actionable strategies which can help overcome common problems faced by their institutions, in areas related to investment, asset allocation, portfolio management and ESG.

Kiran Aziz is Head of Responsible Investments at Norway’s largest pension fund. KLP has embedded ESG in the investment strategy for more than 20 years and is seen as a leading actor on responsible investments. In her role she monitors and assesses how the investee companies maintain responsible business practices along with dialogue with the boards and managements on ESG matters in the companies on a global level. Prior to joining KLP Asset Management, Ms Aziz was lawyer, lecturer and researcher. She also has extensive board experience. She is currently on board for Norwegian Refugee Council which is one of the world`s largest humanitarian organizations for displaced people....

After a career in the financial industry as a prop trader, Jeroen started as a portfolio manager with Merrill Lynch in 2008. Together with a successful team he bought a stake in an independent asset manager in 2015; in 2019 he sold the company successfully to an investor and became board member in the new venture. At the end of 2021, after a total of 7 mergers, Jeroen and another board member bought back the company. Currently they hold just over 90% from the shares....
